Our Practice: A Little Bit of History

Ark Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1976 by David Fitzgerald and Seamus McManus. The practice treated all species of animals, including cattle, sheep, horses, pigs and domestic pets until December 31st 2014 when David Fitzsgerald retired and the Farm Animal Practice was taken over by our colleagues in Glenina Vet Clinic. All our vets are highly experienced (between the five of us we have over 110 years of experience!) and we put your animal’s welfare first – every time.
